eGlobalTech is a great place to work for employees at the beginning of their careers. The management team takes an interest in improving professional skills, the office atmosphere is smaller and friendly, and doors are always open.

This is one of the worst companies to work for in the National Capital region. There is tremendous turnover in the management ranks due to a total lack of respect for anyone's opinions, beliefs, perspectives or experience. There are NO defined processes to speak of and the President and Vice President just shoot from the hip most of the time. They will – more... drive their staff into the ground to respond to all RFPs, yet let their contracts wither and die with absolutely no support from corporate. The goal here is to secure as many BPAs as possible with an utter lack of regard for their staff or their clients. Quality is consistently an issue, and once corporate gets involved their is a propensity to make it work. Hires are made with no real experience with the clients and subject matters that they are put in charge of. – less
