Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Rockford, IL – September 28, 2015
Chatting with 2 customers at once about issues they are having with either their bill, account, plan, or device. I have learned to multitask very well with 2 customers at once, time management, as well as patience. The hardest part of the job is when you have those 2 customers and they are both upset and you have to handle both at the same time in a timely manner. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing that I've helped someone with an issue, especially when I know it is something that they have been dealing with for awhile.
