(ENBC) was formed in March 1995 through the combination of four leading regional bagel retailers - Brackman Brothers Bagel Bakery from Salt Lake City; Bagel & Bagel in Kansas City; Offerdahl's Bagel Gourmet in Fort Lauderdale; Baltimore Bagel Co. of San Diego. Today's Einstein Bros® stores have an inviting café environment offering authentic, fresh bagels, cream cheese spreads, sandwiches, soups, baked goods and specialty coffee beverages in the setting of a neighborhood meeting place. The personality of the Einstein Bros store is casual and inviting, with an emphasis placed on warm and friendly service. The stores have a neighborhood feel, often blending with local architecture by adapting the Einstein Bros look and feel to the existing building design.
When most people think "bagel" they think "breakfast," which is why we broadened our menu to accommodate those pesky snacking urges that fall in other parts of the day. We've got tempting sweets like cookies, rice crispy treats, pound cake, cinnamon pull-aparts, sticky buns, muffins and scones (your mother will never know you're eating this stuff in the middle of the day if you don't tell her) as well as a tummy-numbing variety of signature sandwiches on bagels, baguettes, roll-ups and challah bread. For those of you who refuse to believe it's "lunch" unless you use utensils, we also have delicious soups and fluffy, crunchy salads.
