Manager (Former Employee), North Canton, OH – April 21, 2012
Pros: regular customer base, early closing times
Cons: repetitive work, lack of benefits, poor implementation of new ideas, unfavorable to in-house advancement
A quick summary of this job would entail what I took away from it at the end. I learned an enormous amount about people of all demographics. I learned management skills that will stay with me as I continue on my path to success. I enjoyed all the stories and the laughs provided through interaction with the regular customer base and that detail is one – more... I will miss. – less
Management (Former Employee), Atlanta, GA – March 10, 2012
Pros: all the bagels you could ever want...
Cons: fall short on delivering what they promise...
Interviewed with this company, first, second, third... passed background and credit check... then got low-balled on salary even with lots of experience with this type of operation. They advertise for management all of the time, which sends a giant red flag up in my opinion. Proceed at your own risk. Current co-worker says they are deceptive, promise – more... a lot but don't deliver as far as promotions. – less
