EiPrinting, Inc. is a decent place to work. A typical day at work is usually a busy one; you answer phone calls throughout the day to help customers place orders, answer their questions, or deal with any dilemmas they may be having. You also will receive orders via fax, mail, email, and internet to input into a company-based program. The job is mostly about order-entry and phone calls. It may sound boring, but believe me...the day goes by very quickly.
Management was always fair and did their best to accommodate your needs outside of work (within reason). Some policies I personally disagreed with, but then again, I don't run the business.
The hardest part of the job is keeping up with all the phone calls. It is a very busy call center and there's always work to do. From the time I was first employed there until my departure with the company, the work load increased quite a bit. I suppose that could mean job security.
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with great co-workers/management and building relationships with customers. A lot of the customers are repeat customers, so you get to know them after speaking to them every so often. As long as you do your job and you are great at customer service, you'll always get good feedback from both customers and co-workers/management.
