PTO was plentiful and fair. I could use it for those times when I need a day or two but couldn't afford to lose pay. If you show up and work your shifts, there is plenty of PTO for vacations, emergencies, and such. Yearly, you can cash some of it out.

Telephone interview, Telephone offer, offer of relocation assistance. one week orientation. Remain on unit for 90 days before floating the first time. PBDS electronic skills evaluation during first week of work. Not difficult unless you've never done it before.
