Learned: doctor's and patient can and are very demanding. Importance of checking current stock on a daily basis.
At times management could be hard to deal with but knowing the right time and approach many problems can be over

Co-workers: Mostly pleasant, and easy to deal with friendly and willing to help when needed.
Hardest part: dealing with the demands of unpleasant doctors, and reassuring them that their information was kept confidential
Most enjoyable: Dealing with the needs for an outside sales force, and aiding them where needed. Also learning what is needed in dealing with returned, outdated product, and the proper disposal of such. – less
