It is very busy place of employment. I have learned the different programs available for the Elderly which is very important. The elderly rely on us for help in many different aspects. A great program. Management while most are great there are some that require more training and how to create structure in there teams. Co workers for the most part are great but like in every company there are few who seem not happy or Overworked. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with high volume of work and calls.There is alot of politics involved as well. There seems no room for getting raises even after many years in the company. Not much room if any for advancement. Allot of people are either friends or family and that makes it difficult for fair treatment of other employees. A big turn around making it hard to get to know colleagues. It is great company for the elderly and when you can help the elderly and just be an ear for them to vent and try helping with their needs it is a good feeling. To be able to make co-workers laugh and share a bad or good day is always a good feeling.
