Growing fast, in full acquisition mode. Infrastructural components are not in place to accomodate the changes. IT is overwhelmed and upgrades are slow if they happen at all. Ownership understands the opportunities but does not adequately fund badly needed structural improvements.
I used to work for a great company. Element bought it and is driving it into the dirt. Customers no longer want to deal with us because of the Element name. Element is a last resort when it comes to testing.
Doesn't look good. They have been steadily losing business for years and not meeting income expectations. There have been lots of job cuts and suspension of raises.
