Reservations Manager (Former Employee) – New York, NY – January 31, 2017
Unfortunately Element Times Square is revolving door for new managment over 4 years in roll , Management doesn't work for the employees . First 3 year were good years, After that Hotel has been one of the worst places to work at .
Long hours due to short staff and high turnover. Technology is not current and no anticipation of becoming current in the near future. Health facility on site. Excellent cafeteria for breakfast and lunch.
Overall the company is good. The management is not strong and it is more of a buddy system. There should be more team training and accountability. It is unfortunate that I was not the right fit for the company. I enjoyed the work and would have appreciated more opportunities to learn and further my career.
