Overview:
The Client Relationship Management Coordinator(Database Administrator) will focus on maintaining data quality and cleanliness while helping to maintain data performance, as well as, assisting with marketing efforts using mass email and survey functionality. Someone with 1-2 years experience or recent college graduate. This is entry level position. Should have basic database and intermediate Excel proficiency. Basic logic understanding when dealing with large sets of data and how to filter and sort the data to successful retrieve requested information. A basic understanding of system architecture that would allow an understanding of work flows and data collection procedures (and how this impacts reporting).

Responsibilities:
TRAINING DUTIES:

  • Assist with preparing and distributing training materials
  • Assist with retraining and updates
  • Training new users, or teams, as needed

SUPPORT DUTIES:

  • Provide excellent customer support to all users
  • Prepare new data and updates for system uploads
  • Creation of reports for multiple departments
  • Prepare mailing lists for Elements
  • Data Entry
  • Data management and manipulation using Excel
  • De-duplication projects
  • Build and maintain surveys
  • Internet Research
  • Update CRM with returned mail information
  • Prepare and upload data supplied by other departments
  • Abide by, and enforce, all applicable privacy rules and regulations
  • Call potential referral sources to update their information
  • Enable/disable security access within the system
  • Mass email distribution
  • Handle incoming queries from users

BUILDING DUTIES:

  • Create, deploy and upkeep SalesForce dashboards as needed
  • Create and deploy report formats as needed
  • Run testing drills
  • Creation of fields or other basic additions as needed

QA DUTIES:

  • QA system for department and user deficiencies
  • Research information from other sources to confirm correct data

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years experience working with a database and large amounts of data is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables preferred.
  • Ability to conceptualize data and database design.
  • Must be extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm; Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments.
  • Must have exceptional computer, typing, organizational, and communication skills as well as the ability to perform effectively in a confidential environment
