Responsible for direct oversight of administrative operations of new Elements Therapeutic Massage studio - one of 120 across the US and the first in the Cincinnati market. Manager will ensure that the studio is providing the industry's best experience with each client. Responsible for coaching and mentoring the Sales Client Service staff to ensure flawless "Elements Experience" and meet studio goals.

Job requires experience in operations, sales and customer service as well as direct supervisory responsibilities. Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and web-based scheduling, a plus.
