I was contacted by email, then phone interview, then in person interview. After that was completed I was brought in for paperwork and training. It all took about one month with training.

I had to submit a resume. I then had to wait to approved out of everyone in my school (only 4 of us were chosen). I then did a group interview with two people. I then had to do a follow up interview question in front of all the interviewers (about 10 people) and all the other students applying for the position from all over Indiana.
