We develop and deliver training for our clients' proprietary or customized software implementations and upgrades (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, etc.). We develop and deliver technology certification training (e.g., NET+, Server+, CCNA, CCNT, etc.) and mass market software training (e.g., MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.)
We offer a variety of delivery options including classroom instructor led, remote instructor led (through web technology) and e-learning online tutorials/demonstrations. We offer consultative services around the planning and end user implementation of large software rollouts (e.g., planning, scheduling, managing, post training support, etc.)
Systems Documentation:
