Contractor, Tulsa, OK - November 13, 2017
we oversaw major building projects, making sure contractors were where they needed to be when they needed to be. we made sure the work was done right at a fair price for each customer. I learned project management skills, dealing with a multitude of trades, and time management. The managers were tough but fair as long as you were doing your job the way you were trained to or the way you claimed you could. the hardest part of the job was dealing with so many trades and needing to know enough about each to know whether they were over charging and to know if they truly know what they are doing. The best part of the job was seeing a project completed anything from a school being back in session after a tornado hit or finishing an addition to a house so a grandfather can take in his grand kids.
