I strongly believe I was given the best opportunity to succeed based off the areas of work I handled. The owner instilled many things into me from simple office work, customer relationships, the understanding of contract and subcontracts for large projects, invoicing, billing and reporting for job/profit and loss reports, management skills, office skills, running payroll, handling all employee benefits and questions. My boss at one time, told me I could probably run my own business at this point. I am very grateful for everything I can take with me into my future.
