Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Pontoon Beach, ILNovember 16, 2016
Performing work requiring gloves, safety glasses & other safety equipment. Consistent movement & workload. Generally speaking with coworkers & learning to cope with large quantities of workers & emotions. Hardest part of job would be stopping because I love to work. Most enjoyable part would be getting along with staff lead, and learning the basics of the job force.
Pros
Weekly Pay
Cons
Benefits, Temporary

Assembler and Builder (Former Employee) –  Milan, ILMay 28, 2016
Elite is a good staffing agency. The work is not constant it is more like temporary. You will work 40 hours one week and drop down to 21 the next. The managers and coworkers are helpful and will help you when they can. The promotions or raises are not very well but they try to keep you working as long as possible.

Stressful Work Environment
Staffing Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 5, 2016
Management placed too much stress on task that were not able to be completed in a regular work day. When task was completed in overtime hours there are warnings for staying late to finish tasks.
Jobs offers were all very manual with very low pays.
Very hostile environment.
Cons
No breaks, always under pressure, unappreciative management

On Site Manager (Former Employee) –  South Holland, ILSeptember 7, 2016
Proper training. Full commitment required, always on the go to a non-stop agenda that keeps growing on a daily basis. Great experience to grow people skills. Managed a large amount of employees on my own, over 200+. Ran 3 shifts. Hardest part was trying to keep everyone satisfied. I learned how an employee appreciates attention and acknowledgment through hard work.
Pros
Holiday Bonus
Cons
No time for personal matters.

It was a slow pace job. With a okay environment. I learned how to team work as well as co- manage with new people, and stay positive and keep a open mind. The hard part of the day was working with a few negative and closed minded people. I enjoyed the whole day of work just for the simple blessing of having a job.
Pros
we got 3 breaks
Cons
working with negative people

Very team-oriented. Everyone Worked as a team to complete tasks. I would recommend it to people who are beginners at the job scene. Not something to stick with permanently but it helps a lot in getting you prepared for the transition; Almost like it's a training process.
