Responsibilities Include: Taking care of Customers -- Check-Outs & Check-Ins, Answering phones and checking emails, Taking Reservations, Booking Spa Appointments, Taking Referrals and Organizing / Standardizing of the Office area as well as Guest Related Materials, Area's & Issues.
