Fashion Closet Internship
Fashion Intern (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 30, 2016
I started the day at 9:30am, Monday through Friday. I helped keep the closet organized, by designer and market. I was responsible for taking inventory, photographing each piece, and categorizing them. I had the opportunity to assist on a few photoshoots. I created mood boards for editors, and I ran daily errands for the office.

Interning at ELLE is a fun and interactive experience that I have gained a lot of knowledge from, including: editorial, PR, events, packaging, and product information. I have loved my experience thus far.
Pros
Free Product, happy environment, encouraging
Cons
Unpaid internship, but I get credit through school.

Fashion Styling Intern (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAMarch 18, 2013
Working for Elle was a dream come true. A typical day consisted of unpacking and taking inventory of all borrowed high fashion clothing, pulling and putting together looks, assisting the head stylist, recording the looks from head to toe, assisting the photographer and set designer, and finally having some lunch and then retaking inventory.

As everyone knows Starbucks always has a line. There is never a moment of rest when it comes to responsibilities and cleanliness, although the coworkers and regulars make the days go smooth.

Accessories Intern (Current Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 11, 2013
A typical day at work is normal long hours, however time flies by. Everyone is super friendly, especially my co-workers, and editors in the accessories department. I enjoy the ability to observe the future issues of Elle, and seeing the latest trends from my favorite designers.
