Here's what people have asked and answered about working for and interviewing at Ellis Hospital.
No copays if go to ellis doctors. college tuition after 1 year but only if you major in a field that ellis can hire you in such as nuring.
I think mostly as a Patient Care Technician you need to rely on your head RN for your shift. You will rarely see your Department Nurse Manager and if you work overnights it could be tough. Also in a unit you could ask to speak with the Shift manager but good luck on that because he/she will be to busy with other stuff to get to you in an hour. I think ideally, I would make the employees you got held accountable for the actions they do. And recognize the excellence the employees that are resposible, hard working and always there. Management seems to care more about preferred employees than those who are hard working. That's where I would start working on as Management.
18 or 19 to start, I think?
