I was sent to BWI to do assembly but was never informed of the important details of the job that I shoulld of known. Regardless I loved my assignment. I enjoyed putting automobile seats together and learned alot of new things.

a typical day at work would be come in grab a scan gun when I was a picker and have our morning meeting in start work. I learned how to check waves and track orders. my co-workers were great. the hardest part of the job would be the down time when we had nothing to do. the most enjoyable part was everybody was friendly in made the job easier

The hours are great but the pay and benefits sucks. Management is understanding and nice but not organized. They dont really care about their employees. They say they have your back and will stand up for you but really they don't. They're like any other company now days only care about keeping their clients happy and could care less about the employees – more... and their family life. Their motto is happy clients brings lots of money (moolah). – less

I enjoyed working there, I learned new skills, it had an upbeat atmosphere. I worked with a great staff.

Did not like job at all, long boring, and feet hurt. and if you didnt reach quto, u were fired.

I did enjoy working for Elwood Staffing, wish I could of had more time with them. They are all smiling and do place employers as soon as possible.

This company is a people mill that likes to send warm bodies ... They do not care about the people they place nor do they care about the companies that use them .... The truth hurts :(

Its quite good to work on team . Really nice people to work with and environment. Its good to work where daily goal is defined.

Good job overall. I learned how to stock and keep inventory here. The mangement is great also they will assist you everyway wich they can. Didnt pay that much attention to the co-workers, was there to do my job and stayed focued on that. There was no hard part to the job. When starting this temp agency I was under the impression that I was going to get hired in and unfortunately my employment with them did not result in that.

I learned how to inpsect specific and cetain parts such as poles for electric uses, learned how to paint also

good place to work for, they are friendly people. and they do their hardest to help people out.

at elwood staffing i work around great people with positive attitudes loves to work together an while bein there i have learned alot about the mercedes seats like how they are put together an how they function

I have worked through Elwood Staffing for the last couple of years with the intentions of being hired by one of the companies I was placed for employment. This being said, every job I had through them turned out to be short term with no real intentions of hiring from them. I liked the jobs that I was given by Elwood but they need to be more up front – more... with their employees. – less
