Learned about they different types of plans, HMO, PPO, etc.
Management and coworkers were fine.
The hardest part of the job was keeping within the average handle time for each call.

I was in the Complaint department. I investigated complaints for quality of care issues. Very nice place to work.

A typical day are meetings, review of spreadsheets, report issues and professional communication with co-workers.

If you like to work on the phones then this is the place you would want to be. The management team was awesome.
