Pros: only one 15 minute break
Cons: excellent benefits
Answer calls dealing with mbrs health insurance.
Welcome mbrs to the plan and explain benefits.
Learned about they different types of plans, HMO, PPO, etc.
Management and coworkers were fine.
The hardest part of the job was keeping within the average handle time for each call.
The most enjoyable part was the friendships with co-workers.
