I enjoyed my Four years working at Emerald Resource Group. A typical day would start off by interacting with the staff and managers, checking voice mails and messages. Then it's an advisory meeting to discuss telephone skills, courtesy and patience. We would usually follow up with notes on improvements that needed attention.Interviewing a prospective employee or explaining the company benefits program to new employees typically requires an hour or two in the afternoon. Compensation is a matter of great interest to employees, and making sure that each one understands the benefits package, with ending the day with a meeting. What I learned the four years I was employed is that gaining information, making good decisions and taking prompt action is the best outcome. Management has to have communications skills within the team. My co-workers were so fun to be around and work with, it was almost like a family atmosphere. I can't really say what the hardest part of my job was. The most enjoyable part of the job was helping people and providing information that could benefit them on the job they was interesting in.
