Could be better, but very unorganized

Well intentioned in serving the community, however staff, volunteers, supervisors, managers, and leaders are not very well organized. No clear direction from leaders; priorities and direction are not made clear. Teams work in silos and are not unified towards common goals of the company. Lack of consistent communication, work direction, and no accountability from the top and on down through all levels of the company. Many of the supervisors, managers, and leaders have had no formal supervisor or management training as there was no formal staff training and development plan in place.
