Pros: company truck, decent pay check
Cons: poor communications, little to no leadership, poor job notification, boring work
I was hired on with Emerson - ERS as a field engineer.
During the hiring process, there was discussion of engineering topics and activities that may occur in the future if I accepted the job.
The field engineer position included a company truck, some equipment, credit card, and gas card.

Management was notified that drawings and scope were not issued, there was no response. Management was questioned as to why a field engineer was doing field tech work, there was no response.
Management was questioned about the topics discussed over the hiring process, there was no response.
