This company has an extremely high rate of turnover. Managers rule by intimidation. Managers are also first class idiots. EMJ can only get people who know nothing about the company to come to work for them. You can get away from work even after quitting time. Managers will not hestitate to call you at home no matter what the hour is and the situation – more... is usually petty. – less
