Emler Swim School is now hiring a Customer Service Call Center Representatives for our Southlake location.
Duties include answering inbound telephone call inquiries and promoting our services
Providing quality customer service
Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
We will train you to become familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the swimming industry
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have excellent computer skills
Must have a High School Diploma
Call center experience preferred
We are looking for individuals who are available to work from Monday-Friday from 3-8pm and Saturdays.
This is a Part-Time Temporary Position lasting approximately 6-8 weeks with the possibility of continued employment.
