We are currently looking for a Methodology Advisor in our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Business Unit. The Methodology Advisor is responsible for helping to generate new revenue from our existing capability set with new clients.
The primary role of the Methodology Advisor is to attract potential clients, facilitate the project proposal process to approval and then execution of the project. During the project execution phase the IC will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, co-author research objectives to best meet those needs and share a vision of what is possible with different neuromarketing methodologies. Common project related tasks include socialization of hypothesis and/or research objectives with key client stakeholders, questionnaire development, process management and reporting. This dynamic role requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining project deliverables, quality, and integrity.
Compensation will be based on experience and you will be awarded commission for projects that are brought in. Commission is un-capped.
This position can be based in Atlanta, GA; New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA or; Wilmington, DE.
Handling inbound and outbound sales leads.
Prospecting for new business development opportunities to meet and/or exceed revenue targets.
Preparing baseline proposals
Delivering presentations to clients via phone and/or online meetings
Managing report-sale client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat report sales business
Identify new business opportunities within the given budget structure, and develop and maintain a monthly pipeline.
Assisting in market assessment, including identifying potential new customers and prospective contacts and creating reports outlining the market opportunity.
4-8 years of success exceeding sales goals, experience selling to accounts ranging from small to medium using a consultative selling process.
Prior experience in market research and/or information/data services sales a plus
Expertise in pharmaceutical or CPG industries a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven ability to analyze customer needs and goals to assist in generating thoughtful, creative proposals that exceed customer expectations and expand revenue opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
Ability to successfully manage complex prospective clients and projects simultaneously.
