Customer Service Representative, Glendale, AZ - June 26, 2017
I worked here from December up until April. Shortest job I've had. Getting hired was super easy and everything started off great in the beginning. Shortly after starting training we were told our hourly wages would be cut a dollar and 25 cents. It was okay because they increased our commission bonus. Over time the commission changed as well. In a week it was simple to hit $200, giving me a $400 bonus every paycheck. They changed it to the point where it was hard to hit $40 in 2 weeks. Many times you weren't paid full commission either and there was always a bogus reason for it. Most managers were great, really cared for their teams(as long as you made them money) however communication was a very big issue. The communication between certain managers to agents(us) or higher up to managers was extremely poor, no one was ever in synce with another and it wa always hard to get a straight forward answer that day. Sincerely they hire anyone there's tons of drama between the kids working there and constant bickering. However, there was tons of chances to win gift cards prizes.
