Pros: excellent maintained equipment, interesting assignments
Cons: some clients and customers had terrible delays
Typical routine includes loading/unloading on most days. I learned I had to allocate time to find parking after delivering and had to turn down some loads that I knew would result in non-compliance. They worked with me. Management was reasonable and demanding, and generally pretty fair-minded on reimbursements, etc. Co-workers were often stressed-out but skillful and competent. Hardest part was keeping balancing home life and work life and staying compliant. Other stressors included client demands and finding parking at the end of a work day. I ran compliant so I made less money than some others. That was my personal choice.
