Complete Job Scam! Keep Your Sanity and Don't Bother.

This job is a huge scam. It's like being in an abusive relationship. They tell you earnings are $50-$75K per year for most people and even higher for top performers. The problem is that only a select few make any money including the sales manager who also sells. Hires cycle out in 2-6 months when they figure out the truth. The company has a cattle call – more... for new reps every 6-8 weeks. They let you be successful at first by giving you good lead opportunities and then quickly cut you off and use you for garbage sales calls at night and on weekends. You end up spending more money on gas than what you're making. They have no regard for the sales rep and will do back door deals with customers you've called on by undercutting your original quote and not pay you. In fact they will send out the favored reps to write the business you've already quoted so the other reps can make bonus. The sales manager is not there to ensure your success but only line his own pockets since the company model promotes this. This is a dirty business and it's a top down practice not just a corrupt local office. – less
