Our payroll platform takes the complexity and uncertainty out of the most obnoxious, but necessary business processes. We make it easy for companies to spend less time on payroll and HR, while also improving legal compliance and providing a better employee experience.
Now Employii is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative Sales Rep with ambition and drive to spread the word and add accounts.
As a sales representative with Employii, you’ll be one of the early members of our sales team so you’ll have the ability to influence our sales strategy and process. We’re looking for someone that wants to make an immediate impact and is hungry to build something great. We don’t need someone that thinks like an employee; we need someone that thinks like a partner.
-Identify and engage sales prospects
-Set up sales calls, lead sales presentations, answer questions about the product
-Listen to customer concerns, requests, and report back to company
-Build sales pipelines to meet company goals
-Help develop sales strategies
-3 years of experience with outside B2B sales including new business development.
-Excellent communication skills - great at speaking, writing, and presenting
-The ability to present complicated ideas in simple ways, tell stories
-The ability to build trust in others, form relationships
-Willingness to learn about new and complex areas
-5/7 years of experience with outside B2B sales including new business development.
-Experience working with small businesses
-Previous experience selling recruiting, payroll, or other human resources software.
