Working at DisneyStore.com was okay, but you definitely need to be an upbeat positive person to handle some of the calls. A typical 'busy' day is getting calls, back-to-back, with an occasional lull in between. Answering emails from 'guests', and searching the website for things the company, may or may not have is always on the agenda. They screen certain calls, critique you, ask you what you think you did right/wrong. Then proceed to tell you if it was a good or bad call. The co-workers were just that co-workers, nobody I would particularly like to be friends with outside of work. You know every job has it's 'cliques', and there is it no different. The best part of the job was making someone's day, and the worst part of the job was not making someone's day.
