As a result of our continuing growth, we are currently looking to add a File Exchange Help Desk Technician to our dynamic, entrepreneurial tech team. The position provides 1st Tier B2B file exchange and integration support and requires proven experience dealing directly with help desk tech counterparts at our Fortune 500 partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with managing, triaging and escalating ticket queues as well as involvement in developing or improving internal procedures to help enhance procedural quality and turnaround.

Candidate must reside in the Tampa Bay area and have US citizenship or the equivalent work permits. No sponsorship will be provided.
1+ years basic SQL / RDBMS
1+ years basic HTML
1+ years triage & expediting / scheduling help desk tickets
1+ years MS Office Suite
Strong analytic and organizational skills with proven experience handling multiple client supported activities simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written technical communication skills.
Dependable self-starter with willingness to learn new products and technologies
