Intresting from day to day
CSR Supervisor for the night team (Former Employee), Waco, TX –
Cons: you never knew when you would be laided off
Did interviews for applicants who have applied for life insurance, had to be pretty knowledgeable in medical terminology, and be able to type.
Management was not adequate, really enjoyed my co-workers, didn't enjoy the rude people we would have to deal with on the phone. Most enjoyable thing of the job was the team work we all shared.

Qualilty Control (Former Employee), Hewitt, TX –
Pros: holiday parties, holiday pay, good enviroment
Cons: no healthcare, temperary
From when you got to work there was always something to do. I either was training someone the new system or learning something new. There was a lot of new medical terms I learned. I would look over forms doctors would send in and make sure everything looked okay and all the signatures were done. Management was friendly, helpful and always up for a challenge. – more...  The hardest part of the job was knowing we would get laid off. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning something new. – less

Not a bad place to work at. I have been here for four years and the reason why I would leave the company is due to me relocating to Fort Worth.

Branch Manager (Former Employee), Atlanta, GA –
Pros: expenses that were paid for client lunches, gas for trips and shows to present.
Cons: not too many!
Responsible for all operations of branch including interieviewing, hiring, marketing and $1 Million Dollar Quota of paramedical exams.

Most enjoyable part of the position was interacting with clients, employees and physicians contracted to do exams for us. I enjoy people and the day to day communication required.

Worst company
Investigator (Former Employee), Michigan –
Pros: nothing
Cons: just about everything
The two other reviews are from people work in the office. If you are an investigator or a client please stay away. I guess if you have a choice between working at McDonalds or ICS/Merrill then I guess take the job with ICS.
