non stop work wus a typical day at work but i like the workout.i learned the basic's as a shippin and receiving clerk.my co wokers were pretty cool.the hardest part of the job is when its super hot.the most enjoyable part of the job is to learn new things.

This company was only worried about job placment instead of employees needs. This company's compensation was very low.

Friendly staff, business focused,understands different point of view and at the same time emphazises they have a business to run no matter what. there are pros and cons with encore as there are with any business. they have never talked rude to me. Job security in nursing at this time with the cutbacks is not promising. – less
