Job Description:
Responsible for the payment renewal process. Manage rental accounts and meet company account management goals and expectations by collecting on past due accounts while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for achieving company standards. Management advancement is opportunity with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:

  • Immediate contact of customers who have not renewed their agreements
  • Monitor and recommend payment changes to GM
  • Counsel customers on the benefits of timely rental payments
  • Document all customer payment arrangements and information in store computer system
  • Maintain accurate customer information
  • Recommend use of payment extensions to GM for endorsement
  • Help GM achieve branch goals

Pick-ups and Deliveries:

  • Load Truck and make sure to protect merchandise
  • Deliver merchandise to customers as assigned
  • Install merchandise and instruct customers on proper use
  • Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned
  • Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained

Sales:

  • Greet and assist customers as assigned
  • Complete rental agreement as required
  • Prospect new business by telemarketing and distributing materials as assigned by GM

Showroom Floor:

  • Help GM maintain the store in rent ready condition
  • Keep back office and store area neat and organized

Job Requirements:

  • Two years work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Heaving lifting and moving
  • State drivers license and good driving record
