I personally loved working here - the culture was great, very relaxed and easy going without being over-the-top casual. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about their job and area of expertise - I learned more about electrical engineering in the three months I was here compared to what I've learned in my classes. I loved that they let me see all the different aspects of gas compression, so I got to work with both the electrical and mechanical groups, as well as taking frequent trips out to the shop to see what I was actually working on inside.

Never had more fun at work as I did here. It was like prison all over again

I loved this place more than any other place ever. They stressed to us every morning the importance of taking our time and we sure did just that. 20 bucks an hour to stand around and talk to my friend's. Management was poor also. That's evident in them closing up shop not to long wgo.
All my friends from prison worked there wit me, Hours were easy enough that we could work out 5 sometimes 6 days a week.
Longevity is worth more to me than the dollar I get paid an hour
They care for their employees and family. They are big on safety and they start the day with a meeting about safety. Enerflex celebrates successes with their employees and contractors. It's a great place to at.
I loved working there. It was a crushing blow when they moved the company to Canada. They promoted team work and pride in job performance. When someone wore an Enerflex hat around town you knew they were good at their job. Some of the best welders and fabricators in the world worked there.

Every morning we would start off with our 5 minute morning stretches. Enerflex provided coffee and multiple vending machines which made breaks a little more enjoyable. Management was very well rounded hard work would be rewarded and recognized.
