Pros: the people, benefits, flexibility etc
Cons: lunch is only 1/2 hour...could go for an hour just so i dont feel sick from eating so fast
I've been here 4yrs and would have to say this has been the best places i've ever worked.
A typical day can start off busy and end smooth or vice versa depending on the season.
I never knew anything about energy, grids, blackouts etc before working here. Now knowing how beneficial DR and our program are, I tend to promote our company wherever I can – more... :)
Upper management and HR are great people, they are actually people( not just a body behind an office door and big desk) who know we as employees have families and responsibilites, so they try their best to work with you and balancing them.
I don't consider anything here as " hard" its all how you handle it. Sure sometimes its hard to deal with change(s) that happen abrubtly but thats life honestly.
The most enjoyable part of the job, is knowing I have one, and will as long as I continue to be a hard worker!! – less
