Great place to work. Very hard job but the owner, co-workers and management makes you want to stay.
Crew Leader/Trainer (Former Employee) –  New Castle, DEMarch 10, 2017
This job was physically very demanding. Working in attics and crawlspaces daily in dirty and potentially hazardous conditions. The pay wasn't what I would have imagined for the work but Steve the owner. Billy the Manager and all the people who worked there are absolutely AWESOME. The company trains very well. and has a stellar reputation in the industry as well as with the EPA and other government organizations. Room for advancement is decent and the owner isn't shy about expanding. This company is top notch and if they had more sales positions available I would work there tomorrow. Good health benefits and 401k.
Pros
wonderful ownership. good benifits. 401k. company vehicle and advancement from within.
Cons
Very hard working conditions. far driving distances. hourly wage a bit low.

I insulate homes and perform hands-on functional testing with tools and softwares. Ive learned all my skills by performing every day duties and by helping coworkers on the job sites.

A typical day at ESG was uneventful unless something was blowing up. Training was minimal at best and employee moral was flat.
Pros
Cannot think of any...
Cons
Company retirement plan, no clear career advancement and management style.

Fun place to work, no day is typical...
Senior Complex Billing Operations Analyst (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 26, 2014
There's limited room for growth and clear lack of leadership. The organization has a great group of individuals with that said, a great need for guidance/support.
Pros
Friendly culture
Cons
sub-par benefits
