Dealing with Store management is mostly the same as speaking to a brick wall, fortunately always seem to find an acceptable solution to all parties concerned.
Most frustrating is dealing with a situation , resolving said matter and then having to deal with (What if this or that happens), Did it happen,/NO, so there is no What if. Said conversation always seems to take twice as long to explain than actually having resolved the original problem which did occur. Easily resolvable though !
