Thank you for your question! The hiring process varies for each position, but we do try to move candidates as quickly as possible through the process. For management level position, expect a phone call from a recruiter, an in person interview at the community, and a few follow up phone interviews. For community level roles, expect an in person interview and tour of the community. Thank you!

Thanks for your question! We do a nationwide background check (Aurico) in addition to a state background check. We follow the appropriate background check procedure as mandated by each state in which we operate, so the background check process varies by state. We do not conduct pre-employment drug tests.
