The company is good for seasoned call center reps. It is a very rapidly changing environment so you must be able to adapt easily. It's good when you are able to help customers with obtaining a loan in their time of need. However, there is a lot of fine print some customers will not read and are not very pleased when you are the one to inform them. Otherwise, it's a good company with opportunities for advancement when you exceed expectations.
