My day was typically busy providing customer service to at least 200 patients a day. Answered telephone calls all day long. Provided customer service to all age groups, nationalities, primarily to senior citizens. We checked insurances, referrals, and checked patient demographics and maintain patient records. Provided medical records when requested. Scheduled appointments for new patients. Collected patient copayments and payments for outstanding balances. Front office staff worked as a team to provide outstanding service to our customers.
