This was my first real job out of college. It served its purpose. It was not a place I wanted to make my career with. Just a stepping stone.

Poor comunication in interview process
manager trainee (Former Employee), fayetteville, ARAugust 27, 2014
Pros: company opportunities
Cons: work place was very dirty, was told eveyone had to wear a tie but no one was wearing one...
I was contacted by the recruiter and he set up an interview. Interview was at the Fayetteville store on college ave. About an hour long interview with mostly, "Name a time...." "What would you do..." type questions. I was told I would receive a call that same day or the next to schedule a second interview or let me know that I would not be selected – more... for a second interview. The next evening, I received an email saying sorry, we have selected other candidates for the job. I emailed the recruiter back to ask him what things hurt me so I could work on them for my next job interview...no response. – less

Pros: knowledgable staff, unbeatable offers
Cons: non
Sales, work and play. Oh wait! The fun is what you find in a job well done. There was never a dull day at the branch. Walking in the door at 7:30 sharp, presenting sales summaries from the night before, and perfecting sales driven goals (sales pitch, customer relations, business to business) on a day to day function. Non-stop advancement and market – more... growth. This was a very rewarding and fast paced environment. I highly recommend Enterprise Holdings to everyone I talk with. – less

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Lexington, KYAugust 25, 2014
Daily car rental process to traveling and local customers. Most days are very easy and go by smoothly, but some days have the bump in the road when the cars are not available, or that one customer is not at all satisfied.

A great place to work with a team atmosphere
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Renton, WAAugust 23, 2014
Pros: great people to work with. job security. paid vacation, medical, dental and vision.
Cons: being micro-managed
A typical day at work is working on the computer while answering emails and phone calls from customers. I have learned how to work in a fast-pace environment while able to keep accuracy in my job. I've learned how fleet management works from start to finish and feel that I'm very efficient at what I do,

I get along great with my co-workers and enjoy – more... working in a team environment. I enjoy helping other co-workers with parts of the job that I'm more knowledgeable in, all the while trying to help them become a better employee too,

I really enjoy who I work with but lately the job has been micro-managed by my boss. It's been very difficult because I do my job well and don't feel I need micro-managed.

I know that I would be a great asset to a company and want to excel again with a growing company with opportunity for advancement. – less

Customer service is are ultimate goal. We want customers to leave completely satisfied with the invitation to return. Typical day at work is greeting customers, finding or typing up there reservations, taking the customer to the car and showing them the different vehicles. Management is awesome!!!! There are always willing to go the extra mile to make – more... you a satisfied employee. Co-workers are super friendly, everyone is there to put in time for a hard days work and are always on the same page. The hardest part of the job is the hours. Good Start Up Company for Post College Graduates
Manager (Current Employee), IndianaAugust 18, 2014
Pros: work is not difficult
Cons: lacks team atmposhere, no work life balance, promotional opportunities are few and far between
Promotions tend to become stagnant. Upper management tends to become lethargic when imperative things need to get done. Communication becomes inconsistent which leads to poor performance at times. You spend more time conflicting with employees than customers. Upper management takes credit for other individuals' hard work. Not a lot of work life balance, – more... it's 60 plus a week at some locations and 7 days a week at others. Pay is not equivalent to work put in. You don't make commission until assistant manager, but until that time, you are not granted any commission on the hard work you put in. Bonuses are never carried out and are taxable. Not to play the "race card", but upper management's diversity is around 3% in Indiana, which doesn't give much incentive or motivation to stay around. Good start up company to learn a little of what to do and what not to do about business. – less
