I think the culture at EIF mirrors that of Hollywood - let's support the "who" not the "what." It's unfortunate that this organization doesn't acknowledge its own capabilities, but rather only refers to others outside the organization to validate its own success. Too many of the top executives have been at EIF too long, and there is quite a bit of a founders' syndrome mentality. The office lacks teamwork and most of the staff has never really promoted team-building.
