A typical day at work started with a production meeting. A critical part of this job was meeting schedule deadlines. I was responsible for the production schedule and ensuring deadlines were met.
My co-workers were some of the best people I have had the privilege to meet and work with.
When the company was bought the style of management changed from encouraging people to work independently, problem solve ect.to micro management. This was something I did not like.
The hardest part of the job was the long hours during the season.
The best part of the season was the people I worked with.
