Leading DFW-based Sales and Marketing Agency seeks professional, motivated inbound Call Center Representatives to answer incoming calls from mobile phone consumers, and sell those consumers a variety of consumer-oriented offers.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

answer calls professionally and efficiently
respond to customer inquiries about particular consumer offers
key in customer information (strong typing skills a must!) via proprietary computer interface
process online orders, forms and applications
route calls to appropriate resource

Education and Experience

HS Diploma required (No GED)
Some college strongly preferred
Highly motivated to make a sell (bonus plans available)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Six months or more experience in a call center environment
Customer service experience
Good data entry/keyboard skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Ability to engage a variety of consumers over the phone

We are hiring and training up to 7 inbound call center representatives between 2/1/2013 and 2/11/2013. Some morning hours also available.
