You must be a team player, but also creative enough to avoid using terms like “team player.” You should be comfortable coming up with brilliant concepts and headlines, but also able to convince internal teams and clients of that brilliance through a well-thought-out presentation. Got a partner you like? Bring them along too.
About us: We appreciate great writing, but are even bigger fans of writers who think visually. We like radio. We generally consider the use of exclamation points a capital offense.

2-5 years as a copywriter in an advertising agency environment
A strong ad portfolio that shows off the aforementioned brilliant concepts, headlines and copywriting across a variety of media
