It is a great place to start out at with lots of training provided. The job often requires both office and field work and a decent amount of overtime. There is opportunity for advancement, but they are slow to move you up. The workplace is generally quiet, but overall positive. Management is flexible and easy to work with. Hardest part of the job is billing time appropriately to multiple projects, staying billable, and working within often tight budgets. Healthcare is great if you don't have to use it, it is a high deductible plan.
